Measures for their inclusion into the labour market are highly necessary.<br /><br />AK calls for an integrated approach of active employment policies, social services and social contributions. An effective minimum wage and the prevention of wage dumping should be at the heart of these measures. Additionally, AK demands measures for a better compatibility of work and family in order to eliminate the main barrier for women in employment.
