Specifically, the package contains two amendments to the Directive on certain aspects of Company Law (2017/1132): on the one hand, the proposal on the use of digital tools and procedures in company law (digitalisation in company law) and, on the other hand, a proposalon cross-border conversions (transfer of a registered office), mergers and divisions (cross-border corporate mobility).
