In this position paper, we will primarily address the Annual Growth Survey; however, to begin with we would like to make the following comments concerning the Progress Report on Europe 2020: we are not surprised that achieving the five EU headline targets by 2020 is anything but certain as the Commission had to realize rather disillusioned, after having evaluated the national targets presented by the Member States,.<br />
