BackThe BAK is basically very critical of trade liberalisations. However, it prefers the multilateral process, which primarily includes developing countries, to bilateral free trade agreements.
In its bilateral negotiations with developing countries, the EU should generally dispense with reciprocity and orientate its market access requirements towards India’s level of development (e.g. in respect of India’s retailing, milk and poultry production).
