BackIn light of the work in the European Parliament and in the Council relating to the "Regulatory Fitness and Performance Programme (REFIT)“, the Austrian Federal Chamber of Labour (BAK) has taken this opportunity to give an opinion on the subject.
<p>In its opinion, the AK refers in particular to the EU Commission communication COM (2014) 368 on the Regulatory Fitness and Performance Programme (REFIT) of 18 June 2014, to the final report of the High Level Group on Administrative Burdens of 24 July 2014 and to the REFIT measures cited in Annex 3 of the Commission work programme 2015 COM (2014) 910 of 16 December 2014.
